I Tagging Tuna Days “Blanes Tuna Paradise 2018”

TaggingTuna Days “Blanes Tuna Paradise 2018” is a meeting of fishermen and fishing lovers. an original initiative gathering recreational fishermen and fish lovers that will help increase our knowledge about this species. The aim of this event is to enjoy a fishing day, release Bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus) and cooperate to improve management decisions for the species. The traditional tagging has scientific advice and it is in partnership with the Catalan Association for a Responsible Recreational fishery. This is not a competition because there is not a winner. It is an opportunity to help investigation, while promoting a sustainable fishing culture.
